I’m delighted to have as a guest today my friend Peter Hatch. Peter served as Gardens and Grounds Director at Monticello for 35 years. While he was visiting the Moss Mountain Farm Garden Home we sat down and talked about his book and the ways that Thomas Jefferson pioneered the local food movement.
